  1. Kathy,
At your conference in Vegas this summer you showed us a math tool kit that each student had in their desk. What tools did you include in that kit?

    1. Are you talking about they math zipper bag? It has the Counting 10 stick that we made in the session, one domino, 4 cards, 10 snap cubes or unifix (2 different colors - for example 5 red and 5 black) 5 foam tiles, 5 bears, 5 two sided discs, two small foam dice, and a number bracelet for with 5 beads. I also put a dry erase marker and small eraser in the bag too. You could keep those separate if that is too much. Then I keep the number line paint sticks that have the number line on one side and the 5 frame on the other side in a container to pass out as needed. I also showed the picture with the paint stick rekenreks. I keep those in a container to pass out too. Hope that helps :) You can email me at kathy@kathygriffinteach.com if you have any more questions.

  3. Hi Kathy!
I really enjoyed you session this weekend! I am the weirdo that stayed on the edge of my seat the whole class... lol! I also got to help out on the Choo Choo train ride :) I have two small questions that I hope you can help me with. 1. I can not seem to find the handout through frog street's webpage. I did locate the other handout but I do not see yours :(
Also, do have a picture or link to order your beloved bell?
    Thank you!
